SHORT-TERM VACATION RENTALS
Short‑term vacation rentals are an important part of the Northwood community, and the Homeowners Association is committed to ensuring that these rentals operate in a way that preserves the peaceful, neighbor‑friendly character of our lakeside neighborhood. Northwood is known for its tree‑lined streets, wooded setting, and quiet atmosphere, and we rely on all rental owners to help maintain these qualities for both visitors and year‑round residents.
BEING A GOOD NEIGHBOR
All short‑term rental property owners are required to provide their guests with the official Good Neighbor Brochure prior to check‑in or upon arrival. This brochure outlines the community’s expectations, including noise standards, parking guidelines, and general conduct. It is the responsibility of each owner to ensure that guests review and understand these rules before beginning their stay.
Renters must agree to follow all community guidelines designed to protect the comfort, safety, and well‑being of the neighborhood. By doing so, guests contribute to the welcoming environment that makes Northwood such a desirable place to live and visit.
